He understands the importance of taking the time to really listen to his patients. Jeff creates an environment where open and honest communication can take place and his patients can make decisions about their hearing needs without feeling rushed or pressured.
Jeff's knowledge in communication disorders has helped a wide range of patients with hearing loss. He provides screenings, a full battery of hearing tests, aural rehabilitation and has an expansive knowledge of medical hearing instruments. Jeff has dispensed and adjusted thousands of hearing instruments in his career and is an expert in early detection and treatment of hearing loss. He has been in the industry for over 18 years. He worked as a manager for several hearing aid companies where he hired & trained many Hearing Instrument Specialists and Audiologists over the years.
Raised in Wisconsin, Jeff, his wife Cynthia and dog Sadie reside in Caledonia, Wisconsin. Jeff graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee with a degree in Mass Communication. At Parkland College - Illinois, Jeff received specialized training in Hearing Science and Aural Rehabilitation. He enjoys playing guitar, listening to music and watching his favorite sports teams in action. He is licensed to practice in the State of Wisconsin and has had advanced training both locally and nationally.
